Bani Andisheh Baya (BAYA) is a Persian-rooted, internationally oriented engineering company. Our work turns complex organizational problems into dependable systems across four territories: artificial intelligence and machine learning, complex enterprise software, cybersecurity, and social intelligence.
With more than two decades of technology engineering experience, BAYA began with network-infrastructure and software-delivery projects, and has since extended its focus toward enterprise AI, software security, and social-data analysis.
Through its founder, the group is also connected to research and technology programs such as alef.ba and ORCEST — without a formally declared legal relationship between those programs and Bani Andisheh Baya.

Over BAYA's years of operation, specialized units named Bazinegar-e No-Andish, Zehn-e Rayaneh No-Andish, Tejarat-e Elektronik-e Baya, Kherad Afzar-e Baya, and Tose'e Ettela'at-e Rooyan were described as parts of the group's activity. The current status of these units has not been independently verified, and this page references them only for historical transparency.
